Oh, excellent research! Now that we have proof that Donna WAS in the band at the Be-In, we now need to know when and why she left for the first time. I suspect it was to make room for Tom Constanten, himself worthy of more extensive attention than has been afforded in these pages.
The caption specifically identifies this scary image as Bill Kruetzman. Kruetzman was alway hanging with Soup, I think.
