Always liked ‘Infidels.’ It came out when I was 12 and starting to get into “grown-up” music.
Rod Stewart sings a nice version of Sweetheart Like You on some album. In fact, you could probably fill a full CD with all the Dylan songs Rod’s done throughout the years.
One of my favorite Dylan moments is him riding around in Lennon’s Bentley(or was it a Rolls) with both of them totally bombed out of their minds on that 1966 tour:

Gotta love that Dylan informed Keith Richards that Dylan could have easily written Satisfaction, but that Keith could never have written Desolation Row or Mr Tambourine Man depending on which Stone is relating the story.
