That is my favorite little river band song,
Honestly Billy is great, and it is so MTV, but I have decided that I will take any crooner from the 40s/50s/60s over some rocker who put something together in a few hours.
Not that I can binge on that stuff, but something well-composed, well sung with strings, is where I am at with my Christmas tune selection.
Don’t get me wrong, some of them croon too far or get too fancy, but quality over novelty is my current mood.
I hope this is not considered brooking, cause I am just stating my current mood.
If I have brooked, then do what you have to do and ban me.
