I promise there are posts and wackiness and jinks of the highest level coming soon, but I just watched Aguirre, the Wrath of God and Fitzcarraldo, and now I’m watching the documentaries about the making of those films, and I’m down a deep hole here. i saw some sort of marathon of the movies AND the making of movies in a now-gone movie theater on the boulder mall one summer in the 80’s. what is the name of the blond actor? what an interesting movie, as they went deeper into the jungle….
The Charles in Baltimore did a similar thing one summer. Saw Aguirre, a couple short films, and Burden of Dreams.
