BotD my deepest condolences to you and you family. Posting here because this is where I got on the bus with Thoughts on the Dead. No idea when or how I found your brothers blog but I was instantly a fan. It’s been a large enough presence in my life that when I’m laying in bed looking at my phone and laughing (which was often) that my non-deadhead lady friend and now wife would just ask “are you reading your blog?” and know that whatever had me in stitches would be completely lost on her. The depth and breadth of the world Rick created here went way beyond fan fiction and “musings on the most ridiculous band I can’t stop listening to”. This site is a work of art that brought joy to the weirdos who read it.
