I would normally vote for Sir Tom as a matter of obvious superiority in the face of any normal human competition, and he is on very good form here, indeed . . . but then, holy moly, just dig that Roy Head experience. I gotta go with THAT. Unworldly!

Roy head the obvious winner , Tom Jones is creepy and has no sense of rhythm obviously. They both pale in comparison to the godfather James Brown (who Roy head got some of his moves from)
