i saw that eyes vid for jambase. beyond impressive. and 6/18/74 was an inspired pick. IMO as good as anything post-’72, but it isn’t my favourite eyes. i’m more of a 10/19/74 kind of guy.
Ummm . . . . Am I being stupid or does this fail one of the basic requirements of promotiona videos, in that I have no idea who the performer is when I am done watching.
I do know Holly Holy though. And I have thoughts on why there seem to be a gazillion different mixes and versions of it floating around on the interwebs, but none of them sound like the version I grew up listening to.
