There has not been assembled a musical act of more homely men since the Grateful Dead. Maybe even before. Those guys do not even have one Bobby.
But I give them lots of points for the colored microphones and that cool guitar/bass on the stand behind the unused congas.
Heavy Duty. Otis (white mike) is My Guy, though I do have a thing for Blue Mike. Love the double-neck (Y-banyez?). Congas, so Strong & Majestic, yet so Vulnerable. Marshall stacks? What Precarious Lee is to the Deads, Precise Lee is to Lakeside.
