Is that bumper sticker even on a vehicle? I see soggy cardboard, a couple feet of pipe insulation, a tarp, a hobby horse spring, and possibly the fender from a 1971 Kawasaki. Even the most miserable of homeless camps would laugh that combination across the county line.
